亞陶晶振的AH1911和AH1921 采用行業(yè)標準的三引腳 SC59 封裝,分別具有推挽和開漏輸出。兩者均在-40°C至+85°C溫度范圍內指定,并具有 6kV(人體模型)的高 ESD 額定值。
