ECS封裝擴展影響了六種流行的表面貼裝音叉,尺寸范圍從2.0mmx1.2mm到3.2mmx1.5mm。選擇包括 STMicroelectronics 推薦用于 STM32 AN2867 或符合 AEC-Q200 標準的音叉的32.768 kHz音叉晶體。每個受影響的音叉都可以采用 TR(卷帶式)包裝、3,000片卷盤或TR9包裝、9,000片卷盤提供
ECS晶振推出超小型ECX-34S系列,編碼ECS-.327-12.5-34S-TR,是一款非常緊湊的SMD音叉晶體,32.768kHz晶振,兩腳貼片晶振,擴展工作溫度范圍為-40℃至+125℃。小體積尺寸3.2x1.5x0.9mm陶瓷封裝,非常適合移動設(shè)備、無線設(shè)備和工業(yè)應(yīng)用,STM32 AN2867等低功耗RTC應(yīng)用,-40℃至+125℃工作溫度,符合RoHS 2011/65/EU標準,符合REACH標準.

32.768kHz晶振是一款實時時鐘晶振,它的作用是可以產(chǎn)生時序電路基準信號。而之所以選用32.768K是因為它是2的15次冪,是因為可以很精確的得到一秒的計時。不僅如此,包括所有的實時時鐘晶振一般都是32.768或其倍頻。貼片32.768K晶振的負載電容都是12.5PF。常用32.768K晶振的電子產(chǎn)品有智能手機、智能手表、安防和可穿戴設(shè)備等等。也還有很多生活類、工業(yè)類電子也會常用到這款頻率的進口晶振。
